State exactly what is covered
Warranty language should identify the product, plan, duration, supported region and the failures covered by the reseller. Distinguish activation assistance from ongoing provider service because the reseller may not control every platform event.
Set the coverage period
Explain when coverage starts and ends. If different issues have different review periods, list them clearly. Avoid indefinite or lifetime wording unless the business can substantiate and fulfill that promise.
Define required evidence
Ask for the order reference, product name, date, platform and non-sensitive error details. Customers should never need to provide passwords, recovery codes or authenticator secrets for a warranty review.
Explain exclusions
Common exclusions may include unsupported regions, provider-policy violations, customer account changes and incompatible devices. Exclusions should be visible before ordering rather than introduced after a problem appears.
Describe the available remedy
State whether an eligible case may receive troubleshooting, replacement, account correction, store credit or a refund review. Final outcomes should follow the written policy and the facts of the case.
