Confirm the customer's use case
Start with the required platform, region, number of users and subscription duration. This prevents the reseller from recommending a popular product that does not fit the customer's actual environment.
Explain delivery before payment
Describe what the customer will receive, the expected confirmation window and any action required on their side. Avoid requesting account passwords or remote access when a provider-supported activation path is available.
Share a short activation checklist
Provide the official installation or sign-in destination, supported device information and the expected success state. Keep the instructions concise enough to follow without live assistance.
Make support boundaries visible
Tell the customer where to ask for help, what details to include and what information must never be shared. Link to the applicable warranty and refund policies.
Confirm successful handoff
Ask the customer to verify access and keep the non-sensitive order reference. A documented handoff reduces uncertainty and gives support teams a clear starting point if a later issue occurs.
